We stand behind every part we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for return:

We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This covers our inspection, testing, and relisting costs on used and remanufactured parts.

No restocking fee applies if:

  • The part arrived damaged in transit
  • We shipped the wrong part
  • The part is defective or not as described

Return Shipping

  • Buyer pays return shipping for returns due to buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong part, or part not needed.
  • Husk Parts pays return shipping if the part was damaged in transit, shipped in error, defective, or not as described. We will provide a prepaid return label in those cases.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

The refund will be for the purchase price of the item, minus the 20% restocking fee (if applicable) and the original shipping cost (if applicable).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, liability, and resale reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Installed parts. Any part that has been installed, attempted to be installed, or shows signs of installation cannot be returned.
  • Electrical components. Solenoids, sensors, TCMs (transmission control modules), wiring harnesses, and any electrical part once removed from sealed packaging or installed in a vehicle.

Damaged or Defective Parts

If your part arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Not installed or used
  • Returned with all original parts, packaging, and any included hardware

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge an additional fee if the item is returned in worse condition than it was shipped.
