We ship every order from our Tennessee warehouse and stand behind every package.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on weight, size, and destination. Most transmission hard parts ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground; heavy items (full transmissions, large cases, valve bodies, pumps) ship via FedEx Ground or LTL freight.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. We do not mark up shipping — you pay carrier rates.

Delivery times start once your package is picked up by the carrier, not when the order is placed.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order from your account on huskparts.com.
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If you need an item shipped to one of these locations, contact us before ordering and we will see what we can do.
Some items (full transmissions, large cases) may require LTL freight shipping. If your order requires freight, we will contact you with a quote before charging your card. Freight deliveries require a signature and may need to be picked up at a terminal in some areas.
If your part arrives damaged, take photos of the damaged box and contents and contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will file a carrier claim and ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.
