2. Products and Descriptions

Husk Parts sells used and remanufactured automotive transmission parts and components. We make every effort to describe each part accurately, including condition, fitment, and known defects. Photos shown are of the actual item or a representative item from the same lot.

Used parts are sold as-is in the condition described. While we test and inspect every part before listing, used components may have cosmetic wear or signs of prior use that do not affect function. If you are unsure about fitment or condition, contact us before ordering.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order found to contain inaccurate pricing or product information, even after the order has been confirmed and payment received. In that case, we will refund you in full.

4. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we decline an order, we will refund any payment already received.

5. Fitment and Installation

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a part is correct for their vehicle before ordering and before installation. We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a qualified mechanic. Husk Parts is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect part selection, or use beyond the part’s intended application.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before ordering.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Husk Parts’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product purchased on huskparts.com is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of vehicle use, towing costs, rental car costs, lost wages, or labor charges.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, all products are sold “AS IS” without any warranty, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, photos, logos, and product listings — is the property of Husk Parts or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
