Fits (engine/year matters — read carefully): P3 (rear) planet WITH integral 22-lug parking gear - the park-equipped Allison 1000 (and 2400) configuration; the no-park version is the 2000-series style. Spec: 4 pinions, 27 teeth each, 1 ID groove, mates with 49T P3 sun (close ratio). WIT lists this exact carrier 2003-up; 2001-02 trucks used the 44mm-T6-bearing version (WIT 116584). Fits 2003-2019 Silverado/Sierra 2500HD-3500HD 6.6L Duramax and Allison 1000-equipped 8.1L/medium-duty GM ONLY where pinion/sun counts match - 2006-up Gen4 trucks may instead use the Hi-Helix 29T-pinion/53T-sun carrier.

Important: Park-lug P3 exists in 27T/49T-sun (this one) AND 29T/53T-sun Hi-Helix versions; no-park carriers also exist in 27T/49T and 31T/41T. 2001-02 = 44mm T6 bearing (different part, WIT 116584).
