Important: 48RE ONLY, 2003 and up — this is not the earlier 46RE or 47RE valve body, and the park rod nipple on this unit is the LARGE type. Read the channel plate casting on your own valve body and match 52854129AA before ordering. This is a good used untested OE unit, not a performance or billet-plate valve body and not a shift-kit-corrected one; a 5.9L Cummins truck making big power usually wants the upgraded version instead. Harness is not included.
