Fits (engine/year matters — read carefully): Ford E4OD / 4R100 four-speed automatic, 1996 and up, NON-PTO models: F-250, F-350 and Super Duty, E-Series vans, Excursion and Expedition as equipped with 7.3L Power Stroke diesel, 5.4L, 6.8L V10 or 5.8L gas.

Important: Casting RFF6 is the NON-PTO valve body. RFF8 is the PTO casting and is a different part — if your truck has a power take-off provision, this is the wrong unit. Read the casting on your own valve body before ordering. Also note the OE 2-3 shift valve in the RFF6/RFF8 casting is known to stick and cause a 3rd-gear complaint; this is a good used untested unit, so have your rebuilder inspect that valve and bore during assembly. Solenoid pack is not included, and PWM and non-PWM solenoid packs are not interchangeable — see our separate solenoid pack listing.
