Fits (engine/year matters — read carefully): ZF 8HP45 (2012 and up) E-shift / park-by-wire applications, most commonly BMW: 3 Series F30 (320i, 328i, 335i), 5 Series F10/F11 (520i, 528i, 535i), X3 F25, X4 F26 and X5 F15, plus 1, 2, 4 and 6 Series models fitted with the 8HP45.

Important: Two things must match or this will not work. First, E-SHIFT (park-by-wire, electronic gear selector) does NOT interchange with M-SHIFT (mechanical selector with a manual valve) — check which one your car has. Second, this unit is one of two E-shift variants that differ by solenoid colour mix: this one is 1 black / 4 white / 3 orange / 1 green, and the plate code must read A048/B048. Also be aware the TCU is coded to the vehicle — plan on a shop coding it (and aligning the ISN on BMW) after installation. Sold as a used mechanical/electronic assembly, not as a plug-and-play module.
