Fits (engine/year matters — read carefully): Fits 2005–2006 GM 4L60E/4L65E, two-piece case, 13-vane, 6-7/8" SHORT stator tube, NO outer O-ring, and NO input speed sensor provision. If your pump cover has an ISS sensor (2006-up 4L70E and some late units), you need the ISS pump (interchange 74500J) — this one will NOT work. Short-tube pumps serve 298mm-style converter applications (typically 4.3L V6 Silverado/Sierra 1500, Express/Savana, Colorado-era carryover vans); LS 4.8/5.3 trucks generally take the 7-3/8" long-tube pump — measure your stator tube. Pump cast 073, stator cast 075/672 per Buffalo — verify against your casting.
